The Pirates Cove clubhouse is equipped with a kitchen, audio system, pool table, outdoor deck, approx. 800 square feet of open space, and enough tables and chairs to handle any event up to its fire department permit capacity of 50 people.
It is available for rental by Pirates Cove members or their authorized tenants. The rental fee (which is not refunded) is $25/day. There is also a $100 deposit, which is refunded after the post-rental inspection is completed.
Reservations should be submitted two weeks or 14 days prior to your requested date. Reservation requests received less than two weeks in advance will be processed as we're able.
To reserve the clubhouse:
1. Check the availability calendar to see if your desired date(s) are available.
2. Download the reservation packet and complete the reservation request form. Turn in your completed form along with you check including a $100 deposit and $25 for each date that you have requested. You reservation will not be confirmed until we have received both your check and completed form.
3. Once your paperwork has been received and the date(s) you selected are confirmed to be available, you'll receive a confirmation and of your reservation.
