Pirates' Cove Homeowners Association September mailing to all homeowners
All 310 homeowners of record received mail from the Association this week. Please take the time to read the enclosed documents.
Topics that everyone received include
- Notice of new Community Manager from Omega
- Changes to clubhouse fees
- Association corporate records and newsletters
- Violation policy and process
These documents replace all previous instances of Detached Homes Usage Rules and Architectural Guidelines, including an interim set published this summer that brought the rules and guidelines within specification of Federal laws.
These documents will be posted on the Omega website for download no later than Friday, September 16, 2016.
Violation process and policy updatesThe updated process and policy has been approved and distributed. The Board recently approved commencing enforcement.
Please take the time to inspect the rules and guidelines governing your property and make any adjustments necessary.

Townhouse Usage Rules and Architectural Guidelines updateA Townhouse rules committee of members has been nominated and appointed by the board. The committee will kickoff in the near future.
The October 2016 Board meeting and 2017 draft budgetThe homeowner input session of the October 2016 Board meeting will be devoted primarily to input regarding the 2017 draft budget.
This budget will be mailed to all homeowners of record to be received by no later than Friday, September 23, 2016.
How to obtain physical copies of HOA documentsIn accordance with the PCHOA By Laws, ARTICLE XIII, Books and Records as well as NC 55A, HOA documents will be kept at the Association's principle office (Omega). Eligible documents are available upon request. Pursuant to NC 55A-16-03, Omega can provide copies at a reasonable fee to cover administrative (including mailing) and copying costs.
